Ideal Health^®is a trading division of The Natural Health Clinic Ltd.  Healthpoints™ is one way of thanking you for your loyalty.

Terms and Conditions of healthpoints™ membership

1. Only New Zealand individuals 18 years and older qualify for healthpoints™ membership. You automatically qualify to become a healthpoints™ member simply by providing us with your contact details when shopping with Ideal Health^® our retail shop or healthyonline^® our internet shop. 

2. Participation in the Ideal Health^® healthpoints™ loyalty program indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

3. Healthpoints™ is available exclusively at Ideal Health^®. Shop in store, online or by phone to automatically earn healthpoints™. 

4. Healthpoints™ are earned on the purchases of any product or service offered by Ideal Health^® or healthyonline^®. The specific products may be altered by Ideal Health^® from time to time. Members earn one healthpoint™ for every dollar spent. 

5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No refunds or change given. Vouchers must be redeemed prior to the expiry date printed on them. 

6. Healthpoints™ are non-transferable and have no monetary value. 

7. Employees of Ideal Health^® and any other member of The Natural Health Clinic group of companies are prohibited from participating in the healthpoints™ customer loyalty program. 

8. A healthpoints™ rewards balance enquiry can be made at Ideal Healths' store and online at www.healthpoints.co.nz

9. Healthpoints™ are only earned on retail sales. Trade, Corporate customers and Smile City sales do not qualify for healthpoints™. 

10. A healthpoints™ statement will be sent out quarterly, by either email or mail. You can opt out of email and mailings.

11. Ideal Health^® reserves the right to terminate membership, make changes to membership terms and conditions, and discontinue the healthpoints™ program, upon giving members three months notice of discontinuation. 

12. In the event that the program is cancelled, members shall have one month to redeem their points. If members have not redeemed their points or rewards within one month of a specified cancellation date, these points will become void. Should the available points not meet the points required for a particular reward item then cash top ups will be permitted at the expense of the member making the claim. 

13. Healthpoints™ have an expiry date of 36 months from the date they are earned, subject to remaining a healthpoints™ member as set out in clause 14.

14. Healthpoints™ members must make one purchase from Ideal Healths' store or online shop every 12 months, from the date of their most recent purchase, to continue as a qualifying healthpoints™ member. 

15. In the case of a dispute with you regarding the healthpoints™ customer loyalty program, the decision of Ideal Health^® shall be final and binding. 

16. Healthpoints™ cannot be earned in conjunction with other points/loyalty schemes, with the exception of credit card payment schemes. 

17. Ideal Health^® is not responsible for stolen or lost vouchers.

18. Any liability for taxes imposed on any prizes resulting from this promotion shall be the responsibility of the recipient and not The Natural Health Clinic Ltd nor any of its directors or employees. 

19.Should any harm result from activities undertaken with these rewards, neither The Natural Health Clinic Ltd nor any of its directors or employees, accepts any responsibility or liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of any of the rewards

20. Healthpoints™ balances shown on the healthpoints™  website may be subject to change at any time. 

21. Ideal Health^® will endeavor to distribute rewards within 14 working days of a receipt of claim. 

22. Ideal Health^® will make every effort to supply the products as pictured, but all rewards are subject to availability at time of order. Ideal Health^® reserves the right to substitute rewards with different makes or models of similar value, where rewards are unavailable. 

23. Rewards cannot be returned to Ideal Health^® for credit, although normal warranty will apply.  Only damaged or defective goods reported within 14 days of receipt will be accepted for exchange or return.  Cost of return delivery to be paid by healthpoints™ member.

24. Each month one shopper will receive an additional 2000 healthpoints™ in a random draw.  The winner agrees to their name being published on this web site and being used in other promotional material.

25. Points Top Up.  Healthpoints™ can be purchased in multiples of 1000 points to assist in the redemption of any reward.   $30 will purchase 1000 healthpoints.  Please contact our customer service team if you would like to purchase healthpoints™
